The ticketscript website and the ticket service will go out of service on September 3rd 2018. The website will automatically be redirected to eventbrite.com after this date. If you are a ticketscript organizer, you still can access your account via dashboard.ticketscript.com and export your available event and attendee data. On this post we have gathered the most frequently asked questions.

How can I access my data and in which format?

Visit dashboard.ticketscript.com and log in to your account before December 31st 2018. There you still have all the regular formats that you use for your data exports: csv, xls, HTML, and Open Office. For some of your financial reportings and documents you have a PDF option.

This includes transactional and payment information.

What happens with my event(s), attendee, transactional or payment information after September 1st 2018?

You will have all of your available event and attendee data accessible through your ticketscript dashboard until December 31st 2018. After that you won’t have access to your ticketscript dashboard anymore. We therefore strongly recommend that you save your available data and reports before December 31st 2018.

As an organizer, how can I get my payout information, especially for tax purposes?

You will have full access to all payout information through your ticketscript dashboard until December 31st 2018 in the format you are used to. We strongly recommend that you save your payout information before December 31st 2018.

Who will be able to access/download my data, only the admin or sub-users as well?

Before Dec 31 2018, admin and sub-users are able to download data through the normal ticketscript dashboard.

How can I delete the ticketscript ticketshop from my website?

Go to your website backend and delete the ticketscript iframe code.

How can I delete the ticketscript connection on Facebook?

Go to app settings in your FB account and delete the ticketscript app.
