We’re The Brainfreeze Club! We’re all about creating a relaxed and approachable space to talk about mental health. Nothing too formal or heavy, just honest conversations that help us understand ourselves and each other better. We run monthly FREE sessions/workshops that focus on different aspects of mental health, designed to be engaging and low-key. Come join The Brainfreeze Club!
