Tell a New Story

If we want to change the organisation, we begin by changing the story.Together withLinda Osnabrug, we are teaming up to create a series of systemic workshops to explore the stories that need to change in our workplace.The story of race, exclusion, stress, uncertainty, presenteeism, attracting top talent. The story of change, sustainability, succession planning, and women in leadership. We know what is wrong? We know what is not working? And we know that so far, the majority of initiatives have failed.We are running three experiential, and experimental events, rooted in systemic thinking and constellations to explore these topics.Together, we can start to write a new story for the complex world that is emerging around us.
