We are excited to share with you Cup-O-T’s new WildVibes Youth Group in our beautiful woodland. Designed for 11 – 16-year-olds, there will be 10 spaces at most groups. Each 2-hour session in nature will help young people experience a range of activities

Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services is a non-profit occupational therapy service.  We aim to provide mental health occupational therapy to young people and adults in rural parts of Norfolk in a place that is convenient to them and at an early stage.Occupational Therapy uses meaningful activity to enable people to achieve what they want to do and need to do in life.
