Shawntel Green SME, founder of EECI has housed Registered Apprentice occupation Early Childhood Educator. EECI is a sponsor of a US DOL Apprenticeship designed to help early childcare educators re-enter and reskill in order to provide a more robust and qualified workforce. This program offers job-specific training, wage progression, and a formalized mentorship program to help participants reach their educational and career goals. Our Micro credential course covers Head Start Standards and supports career and curriculum readiness of each staff. The program is great for EHS, EHS CCP, HS, Home Visitor, Infant Toddler and Pre-K.
