Hello there! This is Ana. I am a Marketing and Events Specialist. I provide marketing and project management solutions for small businesses, non-profit organisations and startups, with a strong focus on digital marketing.One of my many passions is Theatre! I believe Theatre is the tool for POSITIVE CHANGE. Theatre brings magic at a personal level as well as in the professional one. Theatre helps individuals to get to know themselves better and break internal and external boundaries!Theatre unleashes your creativity, helps you to reconnect with other individuals and enhances your leadership presence. Furthermore, it improves the ability to connect authentically with others as well as strengthens soft skills like communicate effectively and teamwork. A practical introduction to the fundamentals of theater led by three practitioners limited to 12 participants. 
Through exercises and improvisations, this course aims to provide you with an entertaining and accessible way inclusive, friendly and safe environment.
We believe theater is a powerful tool for developing life skills. Acting techniques are transferable to your working and social life, enhancing communication - understanding about yourself and how to relate to others - building confidence and unleashing imagination and creativity.

Here is a short bio of the theater practitioners who will lead the sessions: George Bean She is a director, performer and theater-maker with a background in physical theater, dance and activism. She has a degree in Performing Arts from the UK, and in Amsterdam she studied choreography at the AHK, followed by a Meisner training for actors. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam in Theater and Performance Studies, where she teaches and conducts her research on Applied Theater and Theater & Meditation. She is specialized in Acting Theories and Techniques, including Actor's Training, Commedia dell'Arte and Meditative practices applied to theater. David Limaverde He is a Brazilian-born, Amsterdam-based Art-educator and Theater practitioner interested in the possible connections between Theater, Education and Social Change.
