- 19th of January, Monday, from 17:00 to 19:00

- 26th of January, Monday, from 17:00 to 19:00

During your private session, you’ll explore topics like:

A customised approach to personal development
Understanding and changing unwanted patterns of behaviour
Learning to cope with anxiety and stress
Building a stronger, healthier self-image

Each individual (or couple) is welcome to book one 30-minute slot during the open hours. Walk-ins are welcome too—unless the time slot is already booked by someone else.
