Justin is a creative catalyst and the founder of The Human Prototype Lab, based in The Hague, Netherlands. He operates at the dynamic intersection of art, transformational leadership, creative coaching, and human-centered strategy, holding a master’s in organizational development and leadership and certifications in transformative human resources and a PHR . With a career spanning visual arts, creative writing and speaking, people & culture transformation, and entrepreneurial community-building, including co-founding the nonprofit Artists for Global Welfare, Justin brings a unique synthesis of big-picture vision and practical insight. He is dedicated to creating workshops and experiences that unlock creative potential and foster existential wellness through connection, education, and hands-on collaboration.
