Maak tijdens het Sport Event kennis met hardlopen tijdens een gratis looptraining van RunClub Gouda, onder begeleiding van Andy Koolmees. Samen werk je aan je looptechniek, snelheid en conditie. Ervaring is niet nodig; iedereen kan meedoen.Datum &amp; tijd: zondag 30 augustus 11.00 - 12.00 uur Locatie: Vrijbuiter GoudaZorg dat je ongeveer 10 minuten voor aanvang aanwezig bent, zodat we op tijd kunnen starten. Deelname is gratis, maar vooraf inschrijven is verplicht. Vol = vol.
