27 Going on 37 brings you Ram Arangi and Karan Karthik — separated by a decade in years, united by a love for truth-telling and absurdity.
What happens when a 27-year-old and a 37-year-old hit the stage together? Chaos, wisdom, questionable life choices… and a LOT of laughs.
Watch as the 27-year-old (Ram) tries to convince the 37-year-old (Karan) that life is better unplanned — while the 37-year-old tries to school the 27-year-old on back pain, bills, and why “sleep is life.” They spar over identity, generational divides, relationships, cultural confusion and reveal more about themselves than they probably intend to.
Ram brings immigrant stories, diaspora awkwardness, and coming of age hilarity. Karan brings bold takes, unfiltered honesty, and takes on the things you whisper but never say out loud.
Join us at Clink Comedy Club, Amsterdam on 02 November 09 (Sunday) at 7:00 pm.
