TheEuropean Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA)is a unique Brussels-based as think tank created to promote the knowledge of all aspects of EU and international investment law and arbitration at the European level.EFILA serves as a platform for a merit-based discussion on European and international investment law and arbitration. As a think tank EFILA tracks and analyzes the scope and use of investment arbitration, especially from a European perspective.

On 12 October 2017 Judge Christopher Greenwood, QC, will deliver the 3rd Annual EFILA Lecture 2017 entitled:
“Most Favoured Nations Clauses in BITs – What is their Real Purpose (and their Real Effect)?”
After the Lecture there will be time for a Q&A session.
The event is free of charge, but registration via eventbrite is required.
