he Mothers in Motion prenatal workshops can be taken separately, but have been developed by Stephanie as a series. The series of 5 workshops is the result of more than 20 years of experience with pre- and postnatal care. June 2020; 07. July 2020; 14. July 2020; 21. July 2020. Starting always at 7pm CET Amsterdam time. (If a certain date is inconvenient, you can always follow that workshop another time!)The workshops is given in English, through video-conference-tool ZOOM. Stephanie Leyh is a physical therapist, pelvic floor therapist and manual therapist. She teaches fitness and aerobics classes and is a respiratory specialist (capno trainer). She has over 20 years of experience in pre and postnatal training and therapy, preparing women for their delivery and ensuring a smooth and full recovery postnatal."It is my goal to improve the lives of (pregnant) women. I am deeply convinced that with proper guidance and preparation, women do not have to experience any pain and should be able to feel fit during their pregnancy, that a delivery can go smoothly and that young mothers can then enjoy their newborn baby more. Moreover, no woman should accept incontinence after giving birth. It is my mission to make this message known everywhere."
