We cordially invite you to attend the follow-up to our peer consultation and pre-launch meeting (of May 10th 2023) where we discussed a new initiative led by Mundi Mediatores that aims to transform the way corporate users and their legal counsel can access and work with highly skilled mediators across borders. And can design bespoke Dispute Resolution processes.

Mundi Mediatores is a network of top-tier international commercial mediators headquartered in the Netherlands. The event, organised in partnership with the International Mediation Institute (IMI), was a soft launch of Mundi Mediatores, an initiative to assist sophisticated commercial parties in finding the most appropriate mediators for each case, based on the specific procedural and subject-matter related needs of the disputants, and building upon the standards of excellence set by IMI.

On 30th June we will hold 2 (two) online meetings at 09.00 am CEST and at 17.30 (5.30 pm) CEST to accommodate our colleagues who live in different timezones.

The event is open to all mediators (whether or not IMI certified or qualified at this stage) and all users and stakeholders involved in dispute resolution or prevention.

Mundi Mediatores will be officially launched on 27 September 2023. We would like to engage in peer consultations with all stakeholders: users, mediators, and other dispute resolution practitioners beforehand to share our vision for an inclusive referral system that builds upon IMI’s database of leading mediation practitioners worldwide. We will present our plans for a new range of services and hope to hear from you how we can improve on them. Our aim is to promote diversity and include professional mediators from all jurisdictions and walks of mediation.
