Το workshop βασίζεται σε επιστημονικά δεδομένα αλλά και στο προσωπικό μου βίωμα ως μαμά ενός πολυγλωσσικού παιδιού και από τη διαμονή μου σε διάφορες χώρες. Οι βασικές ενότητες περιλαμβάνουν:Μύθοι &amp; Ερευνητικά δεδομένα: Θα ανατρέξουμε σε επιστημονικές μελέτες και θα ανακαλύψουμε τους μύθους γύρω από την πολυγλωσσία.Επιλογή των στόχων μέσα από 4 βήματα: Θα εξετάσουμε πώς να θέσετε στόχους και να τους επιτύχετε μέσω μιας διαδικασίας 4 βημάτων.Τεχνικές &amp; υποστήριξη: Θα παρουσιάσουμε τεχνικές και εργαλεία που μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε για να υποστηρίξετε την πολυγλωσσική ανάπτυξη.Γνωστική ανάπτυξη του παιδιού &amp; στρατηγικές βάση ηλικίας: Θα εξετάσουμε πώς αναπτύσσεται η γνωστική διαδικασία του παιδιού και πώς μπορείτε να προσαρμοστείτε σε αυτήν ανάλογα με την ηλικία.Αυτοπεποίηθηση &amp; Κοινωνικοποίηση: Θα εξετάσουμε πώς τα παιδιά αναπτύσσουν την αυτοπεποίθηση και πώς ενσωματώνονται στην κοινωνία.Διαχείριση του άγχους όταν το παιδί μου επιλέγει μια άλλη γλώσσα να μιλάει στο σπίτι: Θα μάθουμε πώς να διαχειριζόμαστε την κατάσταση όταν το παιδί μας εκφράζει την προτίμησή του για μια διαφορετική γλώσσα.Μέσα από βιωματικές ασκήσεις, θα ανακαλύψουμε νέες προοπτικές και τρόπους αντιμετώπισης της πολυγλωσσίας.* ********************************************Hello, I am Elena Skafida,I am a Greek and English speaking social worker trained as an intervention specialist and trainer in child development and education. In the Netherlands I am registered as a ‘basispedagoog’.Given that I am a certified social worker with significant and varied experience working with children, teachers and families in Greece, Luxembourg, Belgium and in the Netherlands where I received my Master in Youth at Risk at the University of Amsterdam. I have worked with children and adolescents, with or without developmental problems or disabilities.From 2009 I have led 160 interventions for children and adolescents in programs such as: the prevention of deviating behaviours and substance abuse, bullying, teaching emotional coping strategies in traumatic experiences, enhancing emotional intelligent, acceptance and cooperation in young people and the integration and inclusion of people with disabilitiesI consider myself to be an excellent observer meaning that I am able to correctly and successful recognise important signals of behaviours in vulnerable clients. I can work independently or as part of a team which also means that I possess good communication skills and demonstrate a great deal of empathy towards other people. What’s more, I can establish personal boundaries and work well in high pressured environments. I am particularly interested in mindfulness based therapies to reduce and manage stress, depression and improve overall wellbeing.Through my work and personal experience I have realised the importance of changes and adaptation to the new reality. I am a great observer and through my observations I am able to help people. Whenever needed, I think outside of the box on how to approach them. I am passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives.Let’s build something together!
