She has studied, practiced worked and researched, in numerous fields all of which focused on the promotion of holistic health. This included trying to understand, help and support the human experience, as a perinatal assistant, through diverse massage methods and chinese medicine, as well as trauma release therapy, neuroscience, psychology. She combined these activities with nutritional perspectives, while teaching high cuisine in the realm of alternatives dietary lifestyles.
