About this event
Dear Friend,
In this 8-Week Meditation Program, we'll explore a range of different meditation tools that you can use to build a consistent meditation practice. With a maximum of 15 people, a group of fellow meditators will grow together and help each other on the way.
We will meet every week on Saturday at 3 pm CET
This event is the first of 8 group calls we'll have and this one is completely free. It is for you to see how the program is going to look like and decide if you want to commit to it.
For the 7 remaining sessions, there will be a commitment fee of 15€ asked
What you will learn:
- Building a consistent meditation practice
- Feeling confident in practicing fundamental exercises
- Having techniques to deal with arising thoughts and emotions
- Learning, discussing, and growing among meditators like you
Fundamental exercises you will be learning:
- Observation of your breath (Anapana)
- Body scan
- Pranayama (Belly, alternating nostrils)
- How to deal with arising thoughts or emotions?
- Visualizations (e.g. Expanding light)
- Black screen
- Metta Meditation
