A Body Research Laboratorium: Beyond Language
You will leave with a stronger sense of presence, a deeper connection to others, and new tools for non-verbal expression.
Step beyond language and explore how we communicate through body, presence, and shared energy. This workshop-laboratorium invites you to relax, reconnect with your body, and discover new ways to express yourself creatively.
In this session, you will:
- Warm up and ground yourself, building presence in the moment
- Practice attention, improvisation, and non-verbal interaction
- Explore group dynamics and collective awareness
- Create a shared scene and reflect on the experience
What kind of exercises to expect:
- Guided body awareness and grounding practices
- Movement and improvisation tasks
- Non-verbal partner and group interaction
- Attention and listening exercises
- Collective composition (creating a group scene)
For:
Open to performers, artists, and anyone curious about embodied expression. No prior experience is required: just curiosity and willingness to move and explore.
Who I am:
I am a performer and experienced facilitator, trained across diverse European theatre and performative traditions. I create safe, supportive spaces where participants feel free to experiment, play, and open their creativity.
Duration:
150 mins
What to Expect
Our "lab equipment" consists of guided body awareness, movement tasks, listening exercises, and collective composition. There is no "right" way to move - only the willingness to explore.
