A Feminist Approach to Mental Health

We provide our community members with personal and professional growth opportunities and create a space in which young people are empowered to take action through:The Transformative Education Format, which provides our members with tools to deconstruct the cause of a social and/or environmental issue from critical, multidisciplinary perspectives. Specifically, we aim to provide a space for decolonial education, critical thinking and accountability.The Starter Pack Format, which provides hands-on skills for young people who want to take action. We aim to strengthen young change makers capacities, for example through leadership, marketing, fundraising or impact assessment workshops.The Pitch Night Format, which provides a link between young people and potential employers/initiatives. We aim to facilitate more equitable access to internship opportunities, volunteer work and board positions. Moreover, young talent from our network can assist in accelerating existing social initiatives/startups.
