Take 3 hours entirely for yourself. To slow down, to explore, and maybe to discover something new. Our venue is cozy (my favorite studio in Amsterdam), and spaces are limited to keep the experience personal and special. There’s nothing you need to bring or prepare: simply arrive as you are, with curiosity and openness to embrace new perspectives. Beginners are warmly welcome, though we recommend trying at least one Vinyasa class beforehand.
13:00 – 13:15 | Welcome & Leave a Note
We’ll settle into the space together, introduce the props and materials, and begin creating our own Jar of Intention. Everyone will be invited to write down a note with their intention for the day, if something resonates.
13:15 – 14:30 | Vinyasa Yoga with Laurie
Flow through an energizing Vinyasa practice where every breath meets a movement. Laurie will guide us through a dynamic sequence with options for every body.
14:30 – 15:00 | Sweet Break & Pick an Intention
Enjoy a hot drink and meaningful connection. During this pause, we’re invited to draw from the intention jar, receiving words of kindness or reflection from someone in the group.
15:00 – 16:00 | Yoga Nidra with Nour Jane
Close the afternoon with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Guided by Nour Jane, we’ll sink into profound relaxation, whether or not it connects with the intention we picked.

Laurie & Nour Jane are certified yoga teachers and practitioners based in Amsterdam, united by their love of people, curiosity, and playful exploration. With empathy and a spark of childlike wonder, they approach yoga with passion and lightness.
