In this talk, we show how AI can support everyday work in simple, practical ways. We explain the basic things you need to think about when using AI responsibly, such as data quality, integrity, fairness, and safety. To make it real, we share a down to earth example from NXP showing how an idea becomes a working AI tool. You’ll walk away with a clear picture of what AI can do and the confidence to start applying it thoughtfully in your own world Speakers:<ol><li>Khushbu Chauhan - Data Provisioning Lead AI &amp; Analytics @ NXP SemiconductorsKhushbu is a seasoned Data Provisioning Leader with over 13 years of experience driving enterprise-scale data transformation. At NXP Semiconductors, she leads initiatives that enhance data quality, governance, and AI readiness across the organization. Her work sits at the intersection of data engineering, business strategy, and AI enablement; always focused on delivering measurable impact. Khushbu is also an advocate for women in technology and is committed to shaping a more inclusive and forward‑thinking AI future.</li><li>Ymke de Jong - Data&amp;AI Lead for R&amp;D @ NXP Semiconductors</li></ol>Ymke de Jong is Data &amp; AI Lead for R&amp;D at NXP. She has a multidisciplinary background in data and AI, combining technical, legal, and strategic perspectives. Before joining NXP, she worked at Philips, where she led global programs focused on Data &amp; AI strategy and partnerships. She also founded Your Data&amp;AI Office, advising organizations on responsible and sustainable AI implementation. Her experience includes roles in corporate innovation, start-ups, and public-private collaborations, with a focus on sensitive data and regulated environments such as healthcare&amp;wellbeing and deep tech. Ymke is a member of data and AI advisory boards for investment boards and start-ups.
