With MIT research showing that 95% of enterprise AI projects fail to show value, the stakes are high. Off-the-shelf tools tend to see higher adoption, but custom builds can unlock unique advantages. We’ll explore the trade-offs, share lessons learned, and hear what’s working (and not working) in the field.
