AI Adoption Isn’t a Tech Problem…It’s a Trust Problem AI is moving fast. But people don’t adopt change at the speed of technology, they adopt it at the speed of trust. Across organisations, AI tools are being introduced with urgency. Yet many adoption efforts stall, struggle, or quietly fade. Often, the issue is not the technology itself, but the human conditions around it: clarity, confidence, inclusion, and trust. In this session, Selina Thompson explores why trust is often the missing piece in AI adoption and what leaders, practitioners, and teams can do differently. Drawing on experience across global organisations, she will share a practical framework for understanding where adoption breaks down, and how to build momentum in a way that brings people with you rather than overwhelms them. This is not a technical session.
