The International Mediation Institute is a non-profit public initiative with the vision of professional mediation worldwide, promoting consensus and access to justice.  To this end it convenes global stakeholders in establishing high mediation standards, promotes understanding and adoption of mediation, and disseminates skills and materials for parties, counsel, and mediators, including a professional Code of Conduct.  By driving transparency and high competency standards in mediation worldwide, IMI is making a positive difference to the dispute resolution world.

Aloysius Goh is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Sage Mediation. He is a certified international mediator and has mediated over 300 cases worldwide. Accredited by SIMI as a SIMI Certified Mediator, Aloysius is also empanelled on the International Panel on the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) and the Japan International Mediation Centre in Kyoto (JIMC in Kyoto). He subscribes to a directive approach to mediation, and his expertise has most definitely been impactful to the mediation industry. On 10th June, Mr. Goh will be sharing his insights on China and the Singapore Convention on Mediation.
