Join our safe, respectful space for honest conversation, connection, self-reflection, and shared growth.
Beyond stereotypes. Real conversations. Real connection.
What does it mean to be a man in today’s world?
For many men, life can become busy, pressured, and full of expectations — to be strong, capable, successful, calm, responsible, and “fine.” But sometimes, what is really needed is a space to pause, speak honestly, listen deeply, and connect with other men without judgement.
Amaranatho’s Men’s Group offers a safe, respectful, English-speaking space for men in Almere and the surrounding area to explore life, identity, purpose, vulnerability, strength, relationships, and personal growth.
This is not a lecture, therapy session, or networking event. It is a facilitated group where men can show up as they are, share what feels real, support one another, and discover what becomes possible when honest conversation replaces the usual stereotypes.
The group is open to men aged 18+ who are interested in genuine connection, self-reflection, emotional honesty, mutual support, curiosity, growth, and living with more awareness and authenticity.
The sessions are facilitated by Amaranatho, who has led men’s groups for decades in the UK and Australia. He is an accredited coaching supervisor, EMCC Senior Practitioner, speaker, workshop facilitator, and former Buddhist monk of 15 years. His work is rooted in presence, compassion, vulnerability, and helping men reconnect with their own inner strength.
Whether you are completely new to men’s groups or already familiar with this kind of work, you are welcome.
