What are the health requirements for joining this class?

Some breathing and practices may not be suitable for people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, bipolar disorder and women during pregnancy. Always consult with your doctor for advise or approval.Notify the teacher upfront of the class of any conditions or limitations you may have.

What experience level do I need?

Accepted Answer

You do not need any prior experience in Kundalini Kriya yoga. This class is open to all levels and the teacher will always adjust the class to the complete group. Being able to sit for on the floor and stand for a couple of minutes without effort is a the base requirement for our class.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes your yoga mat and a if needed a block or cushion to sit on.

What other advice is important?

Accepted Answer

To ensure better experience try to avoid heavy meals 1.5 to 2 hours before class. Some breathing techniques are best to practice on an empty stomach.
