Baubo has a fun, free-spirited personality and doesn't take herself too seriously. She helped fellow goddess Demeter in a moment of distress by making her laugh.Baubo reminds us of the 1 billion goddesses out there going through the menopausal transition every year and who want to live their best life through it. And like Baubo, our platform aims at being that fellow goddess that helps you go through this new (often confusing) stage so you can live it positively.Join us for our events and through the journey as we buildBaubo!

Baubo Care

An intimate get together  to share and learn about our (peri) menopause.

<h3>Did you know that 1 billion women go through the menopausal transition every year? That is 12% of the world's population! So why is this still taboo?</h3><p>63% of women in our survey  said  that "<em>Being able to openly discuss with other women</em> going through the same is 1 of the 4 most important aspects to managing their menopausal transition"</p><p>Join us on this intimate session (max 8 people) to learn from each other and share about this natural but sometimes confusing stage in our lives. </p><h3>How does it work? </h3><p>Join a small group of women who, like you, are going through (peri) menopause. Together we will: </p><p>👉 Help others and get help around your diverse experiences with (peri)menopause. </p><p>👉 The topics will be chosen based on attendees' preferences: from nutrition to mental health, hormonal vs. non-hormonal treatment, support on your current challenge at home or at work, etc. </p><p>👉 Commit to one micro action for your self-development</p><p>👉 Have an accountability buddy to help you achieve your goals (optional) </p><h3>Rules of the game:</h3><p>📏 Confidentiality is a MUST – whatever happens in the meeting stays in the meeting</p><p>📏 Communication is two ways: we listen empathically and share with the assurance that we are being seen and listened to</p><p>📏 We respect each other’s opinions, background, and experiences, even if we don’t share them</p><p>📏 We see the glass half full and try to lift each other up</p><p>📏 We do not accept any way of discrimination (racial, sexual orientation, etc)</p><p></p>
