Join the Arab Run Club this Sunday for a chill and energizing group run through Vondelpark!We meet at 10:45 AM at the entrance across from SLA café (Amstelveenseweg side) and start with a group warm-up before the run kicks off.

Whether you're a first-time runner or training for a marathon, you're welcome. No pressure, just good vibes, movement, and community.

• Steady pace – 3.3 km
• Full 5K

After the run, we hang out and grab a drink together nearby.

This is a free community event, all you need are your running shoes and good energy.
