How are we integrating our insights? How are we integrating joy, inspirations and hard lessons? Taking you on a journey, inviting you to exchange, we will explore how art practices can speak the same language as that of healing experiences.

This event is part of AKA - Alternative Kilkenny Arts.

For anyone who feels called: no experience required, nor in arts nor in healing, and all experience is welcome, as exchange will be facilitated. You might want to bring a notebook and/or sketchbook.
