AWCA Deserted Island Rescue Beach Party!

After what should have been a three-hour tour (or rather, three week flu), the S.S. Minnow will hit the beach this summer to rescue us from this uncharted pandemic isle.

Cast off your sweatpants, don your puka shells, and get ready to re-join civilisation at the AWCA year-end Deserted Island Rescue Beach Party!

You’ll be swept away by an evening of tropical fun and island camaraderie. Our private beach area (indoor and outdoor) will provide the perfect refuge for all us castaways. Meijer aan Zee is a 5-minute walk from the train station in Zandvoort. There is a direct train (30 minutes) to Zandvoort aan Zee from Amsterdam CS.

All club members and partners welcome! Come dressed as your favorite castaway and win a prize!

Since we could not hold a Gala this year, the Board decided to subsidize member ticket prices for the end-of-year events in June. We wanted to thank members for sticking with us through the uncertain Covid times of the past two years!

Ticket price includes BBQ, drinks, music, beach games and dancing until midnight. After Sunday, June 12, we cannot refund tickets; however, we will do our best to find someone to take your spot.

Dress code: Gilligan’s Island, castaway, Robinson Crusoe, deserted island, swept away, lost at sea, or come as yourself!
