Radical Co-Regulation
A guided group session designed to help your nervous system settle and return to baseline — where the body can rest, digest, and feel safe — simply by being, together.
In everyday life, we’re used to handling stress on our own. Staying alert. Pushing through. Managing.
This session offers something different: a quiet, embodied experience where regulation happens relationally.
It may sound simple.
It is.
And it’s also one of the most powerful and underestimated ways our nervous system learns safety.
Just being.
The session is informed by biology and neuroscience and works with breath, proximity, and gentle connection to support co-regulation. Gentle, non-sexual physical contact (such as sitting back-to-back or holding hands) is part of the session but always optional — your boundaries are respected at all times.
This session is for you if you:
- Often feel tense, “on,” or overstimulated
- Have trouble truly switching off
- Are tired of managing stress and want something more embodied
- Long for rest that actually reaches your system
- Want to feel more at ease with others, without having to explain yourself
This session may not be for you if:
- You’re looking for techniques, tools, or things to “work on”
- You want to talk things through, analyse, or share your story
- You’re expecting a workout, breathwork class, or high-energy release
- You’re in a phase where you seek intensity, catharsis, or deep emotional processing
- You’re mainly curious from a professional or observational point of view, rather than personal experience
This session is intentionally simple, quiet, and embodied.
It’s designed for people who are ready to settle, not strive.
