Connect with the power of yoga and cacao!

Vondelgym

You will start with gentle stretching of your body with yoga. Followed by a one-hour cacao ceremony with Reiki. The ceremony is all about bringing consciousness on a physical, spiritual and mental level with the support of cacao, meditation, and Reiki. You will personalize the cacao with herbs of your own choice. The cacao we use comes from Cusco, a city in the Peruvian Andes.It is good to know in advance that the cacoa is completely safe and has no hallucinogenic effects.FOR WHO?For anyone who longs for a deep connection with themselves, the community and nature!
