<p>Let’s start the last day of the Back to Work week with a 1 hour training with various exercises for getting rid of those neck-, shoulder and back pain after a long working day. It is not really Yoga so if that sounds a bit too fuzzy and a bridge too far, this will be the training that suits you!</p><p>The exercises are common in your daily life and are also practiced during the warming up of the group lessons at RDAM GYM. It’s a new training at the gym and the kick-off will be during the Back to Work Week! We get that your excited by now, reserve your spot now!</p>
