Navigating corporate environments as a woman can be tough, especially if you're sweet, introverted, spiritual, and kind, traits often seen as contrary to the "strong leader" image. It might feel like success requires sacrificing your true self, well-being, or family time. But I believe there’s another way, you don’t have to be someone you’re not to succeed.

We need new role models, and we can’t create healthy female leadership by imitating men. My mission is simple:
