About the Day

Beyond Zero: Student Startup Day is where students with ideas, curiosity, or simply an interest in making an impact meet changemakers from startups, scale-ups, investors, and more.
Spend a day discovering how to turn ideas into regenerative impact, build your network, and get inspired by those who are already doing it.

You can take part in the morning session, the afternoon session, or stay for the full day (with lunch included).

• Inspiration on the Main Stage: Hear how companies like Patagonia embed purpose into their growth.
• Power Talk: Linda Klunder, Co-Founder & Impact Manager of Kumasi Drinks, on the journey of a young social enterprise balancing impact and profit.
• Panel on Impact Investing: With voices such as Albena Todorova from Rabo Ventures alongside leading investors and founders.
• Interactive Breakouts & Workshops: Hands-on sessions on designing regenerative startups and closing the impact-action gap.
• Networking Lunch & Closing Borrel: Taste Kumasi Drinks and BuggyBites, meet peers from all disciplines, and connect with investors, founders, and mentors.
• The Visual Wall: Contribute your ideas and reflections throughout the day and see them come alive in the closing session.

How to Participate

Choose the format that works best for you:

• Morning Pass (09:30 – 12:00) – Talks & reflections with leaders and scale-ups
• Afternoon Pass (13:30 – 17:30) – Power talk, workshops, panel & closing borrel
• Full Day Pass (09:30 – 17:30) – Includes networking lunch and access to all sessions
