At the same time, many of us do not realize the complexities of effective apology in dispute resolution or in everyday life for that matter.   </p><p>IMI Certified Mediator and leading mediation figure in Serbia Blazo will be delivering this 1-hour seminar based on a full-day course he has designed.</p>
