Are you struggling to connect with your body, to manage stress, and to align what you communicate with what you really need?
This half-day retreat is designed to help you rediscover what’s alive in you, blending communication strategies with creative and body-centered practices to stay grounded, understand your capacity, and manage emotional overwhelm.
We recognize how being out of sync with your body and emotions can lead to stress and burnout because of the disconnection with ourselves and others.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to be radically responsible - understanding your needs and reconnecting with your inner resources to foster resilience and authentic connection.
Through Embodied-Creative Method practices, you’ll tap into your creative self with artistic and mindful activities that process emotions and enhance your body-mind connection. Meanwhile, the Nonviolent Communication Model, a simple 4-step process, will help you communicate with clarity what you need and improve your capacity to collaborate with others.
The combination of creative and communication methods will support you in building resilience and feeling empowered in your everyday life.

🧘♀️Karolina Wargin (MA, MEd) is a Wellbeing Facilitator and founder of the Sensing Circle. With over a decade of experience in yoga practice and teaching, paired with a strong background in the arts and education, Karolina has spent the last five years organizing workshops, courses, and educational programs for universities, cultural institutions, NGOs, and individuals.
Through the Sensing Circle, Karolina seeks to empower highly sensitive women, helping them harness their unique qualities to enhance their overall well-being. Recognizing that many silently struggle with stress and burnout, she fosters a supportive environment where women can connect and thrive together.
