Start your day with a 30 minute live, fun, group training session from the comfort of your home with Silke, an expert trainer who will guide you through this body toning session (no cardio).
Other than music, this session will include:
- Stretching
- Exercises to help burn calories, increase flexibility and tone your legs, thighs and buns.
- Cool down
Join this fun workout and do lots of different exercises to strengthen your muscles.
No equipment is required.
You are required to have your camera on during the entire session.
