Join us for an unforgettable evening where we will be hosting Anil Seth, professor of cognitive and computational neuroscience at University of Sussex and author, to discuss his new book, Being You, where we delve into what consciousness is, which Seth defines as “any kind of subjective experience whatsoever”, central to our being and identity as animate sentient creatures.

Seth has been researching the cognitive basis of consciousness for more than two decades and is an established leader in the field. This book lays out his theory of our invented reality in a compelling prose.

So bring your questions to Anil, your favorite drink / a glass of wine / cup of tea or coffee and let&#x27;s enjoy this conversation with the author on a December evening.
