<p>Are you frustrated by your lack of ability to get things done? Do you loathe networking, managing, and public speaking? If so, you’re suffering from a lack of personal impact. But you can change that!
</p><p>Your personal impact is your ability to make a difference to the people in your life and on the world around you. Increasing your personal impact – or charisma – involves becoming a more self-aware  and socially aware person, and understanding what strategies and tactics you can use to become more effective. In short, it can be learned. 
</p><p>In this interactive online session, we will work from the inside out, giving you the skills and abilities to better lead, listen and influence. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to be the life of the party (unless that’s your thing), but you will be able to better relate to others, and - perhaps most importantly - you will gain self-confidence.
