The Panel:
Claudia Calori, born in Italy, a proud Ingeburgerd Dutchie since 2021 and a mom since 2023, is an experienced marketer and business leader. Driven by making a positive impact on people’s lives, she has been working in Brand marketing since the start of her career in 2002 in Procter and Gamble, which she then complemented with further global experiences in HEINEKEN and Nike over the following years. She is currently the CMO for Philips Personal Health, the consumer-facing division of Royal Philips, where she has been leading a systematic creative excellence revolution with all marketers, resulting into work such as Philips Avent “Share the Care” and the sustainability project “Philips Better than New”, which culminated into a Grand Prix for Creative Business Transformation last year at Cannes. Additionally, she is a trustee and board member of Eyes on the Future, a UK-based no-profit helping children who are losing their sight see for longer.
Emma Wiseman leads Brand Strategy globally at Spotify where she is lucky enough to be on the front line of culture every day. Prior to Spotify she spent her career in advertising, predominantly at Wieden + Kennedy across several offices. She is driven by creativity for business impact and making work that her kids think is cool.
Ignacio “Nacho” Ferioli is a multidisciplinary creative with 20 years of experience building agencies and creative departments from the ground up. As Chief Creative Officer of GUT Europe, he leads the agency’s creative strategy from Amsterdam, working with global brands like Coca-Cola, Unilever, Volkswagen, and AB InBev. Nacho has won over 60 Cannes Lions and garnered recognition from D&AD, The One Show, The Effies, and more. He was named Art Director of the Year by the Argentine Creative Circle and appeared on Adweek’s Creative 100 list in 2018.
He is best known for the groundbreaking 2016 “Manboobs4boobs” campaign for MACMA, which challenged social media censorship and became the most awarded campaign in Argentine advertising history, winning a Cannes Grand Prix for Good and D&AD’s first Latin American Impact White Pencil.
Nacho joined GUT Buenos Aires in 2019, helped launch GUT Mexico in 2023, and recently transitioned to the European team. His mission is to grow GUT’s creative influence through bold ideas, pushing the agency toward its vision of becoming the world’s most diverse and influential creative network.
Kerrie Finch is a global communications expert specialised in creative innovation and emerging technology. She is founder of the FINCH factor, where she crafts positioning, builds reputation and amplifies thought leadership for brands and leaders. Kerrie is a speaker, stage host and panel moderator for some of the world’s biggest conferences, including Cannes Lions, CICLOPE (Berlin), FOCUS (London), Global Marketing Summit (Istanbul), Step Conference (Dubai), SXSW (Austin) and Web Summit (Lisbon).
In addition, Kerrie is Cannes Lions rep for the Netherlands (Orange Lions), and the founder of SheSays Amsterdam.
Kyle Anthony Fiore, Booking.com Principal, Brand Strategy is a Canadian brand strategist with 13 years of experience spanning top agencies like Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, R/GA, We Are Pi, and now Booking.com, where he leads long-term brand strategy. He’s shaped work for global brands including Nike, Heineken, Uber, Dove Men+Care, and Google across North America, Europe, and Latin America. Kyle believes that behind every bold idea is a sharper strategy—that’s where important breakthroughs begin.
