Event description

Description

Quantera Global and Francisco Moreira, partner in Sao Paulo at Castro, Barros, Sobral, Gomes Advogados are proud to invite you for a Brazilian Transfer Pricing breakfast seminar on October 4.

We are all aware that Brazil has a different tax system compared to most countries in the world and is therefore causing tax managers many headaches. Francisco will therefore guide you through the basics of the Brazilian tax system, before highlighting some of the most common pitfalls. One of the hot items discussed, is how to ensure that headquarter expenses charged to Brazil are tax deductible.

We welcome you to bring more topics to the table which you come across in your daily practice, please inform us upfront about topics you would like to discuss and we will aim to cover that during the seminar.

The seminar is free of charge and breakfast will be served at Quantera Global’s office in Amsterdam. Please see below the initial program:

7.30 - 8.00 Registration and breakfast
8.00 - 8.15 Welcome by Quantera Global
