Breathwork and Sound Journey - Breathwork at the Park

<p>Price of the breathwork session at the park: </p><ul><li>Introductory lesson €35,- (your first time with me)</li><li>Normal fare €40,-</li></ul><p>Via Eventbrite you will pay €10,-  as a downpayment of your reservation. The remaining amount should be paid at the park prior to the start of the session.</p>

<h3>The breathwork workshop at the park will be different from the 'normal' breathwork ceremony as we have to comply with the 1,5-meter distancing. </h3><ul><li>There will be no physical and close contact between the participants. </li><li>We will ground, dance/shake, breathe for 1 hour and afterward there is an opportunity to share your experience while enjoying delicious sweets. </li><li>Bring a mat, blanket, and all the other props that make you feel comfortable. Wear warm and comfortable clothes.</li><li>Nutrition: In order to prevent the body from processing food, don’t eat (or take only a light meal) up to an hour before the session. Drinking water and tea are fine.</li><li>In case of bad weather (too cold or rainy), the session will be canceled and the tickets will be refunded. But hey it is summer so let's see what happens!</li></ul>

<h3>You may not participate in the breathwork session if one of the following statements applies to you :</h3><ul><li>You are pregnant </li><li>You  use medication for mental conditions</li><li>You are undergoing treatment for significant physical or mental complaints(such as depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, heart disease)</li><li>You have a drug addiction</li></ul>
