These workshops explore how the breath can help manage stress and anxiety, improve focus and sleep, and boost mood and energy.2. Conscious Connected Breathwork JourneysConscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a psychosomatic practice that uses continuous, circular breathing to access altered states of consciousness. This process helps quiet the analytical mind and opens space for expanded awareness and emotional processing.Participants often experience insight, release, and a sense of connection — though each journey is unique. Group sessions cultivate a supportive collective energy, held within a trauma-informed framework to ensure safety and care throughout. No prior experience is needed, but there are a few contraindications. These will be listed on the event page, or you can reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns.3. Corporate & Workplace SessionsBreathwork can be a simple yet effective tool to support wellbeing and focus in the workplace. Breathwork offers a simple yet powerful way to pause, reset, and restore calm.Breathwork is the practice of consciously working with your breath to support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. By bringing awareness to the breath, we create space to step out of the mind and back into the body - moving from tension to relaxation, from overwhelm to stillness.
