With over 15 years of experience in auditing and risk management in international corporations, she has been navigating complex landscapes and has helped others unleash their potential to take action. Julia is all about connections – be it people, ideas, or needs. This extensive knowledge base of how a good idea is built into actual practice, she now applies to her core passion: facilitating creation within teams and for individuals, helping design value-driven and solution-oriented co-creation, as well as supporting others on their transformational journeys.&nbsp;
