How does it work?
- Save your seat here. Tickets for Sunday will come online on Monday morning 8:00am
- On arrival, your ticket will be scanned.
- Enjoy our live service in White Cinema
As seats in the auditorium are limited, we kindly ask you to only make a reservation if you are planning on coming. You can always cancel your ticket if you can't make it, or develop health symptoms.
Health and Safety
We highly value your health and safety. Our team will do everything they can to ensure a safe gathering. In your ticket order you can find the health check questions that you need to answer in order to be able to attend. We kindly ask you not to come to the service when you have any COVID-related symptoms, or when in doubt.
During your stay in the venue we ask you to maintain social distance, eventhough we understand it is nice to see everyone again.
Wearing face masks is mandatory until seated.
Singing
At this moment, we can only sing at talking-level. We encourage you to worship God in different ways than loud singing for now.
Seating
You will be assigned a seat by our hosts. Please follow their directions, as they try to give everyone the best possible experience.
After the service we kindly ask you to leave the venue and not to stay in the foyer, so that we can make space for the following service(s).
Check-in
We kindly ask you to arrive in time, as check in and seating will take a bit longer than we are used to. Please keep your ticket ready when entering the service, so our hosts can scan your ticket upon arrival.
Toilets and cloakroom
Of course you can use the toilets. Please be mindful that the capacity of the toilet facilities has been brought down due to social distancing.
Unfortunately we are not providing a cloakroom at this stage. We ask you to bring your coat and bags with you into the auditorium. In case you are visiting us from abroad and want to store any luggage, please don't hesitate to ask one of our team to help you.
Before and after the service
At the moment, we are not providing food and beverages or hangout space at the venue, due to government restrictions. We encourage you to find a cafe nearby that does facilitate a good cup of coffee and enjoy that together. We hope to be able to serve coffee again ourselves soon!
