CACAO ceremony
We start with a cacao ceremony. During this ceremony we drink pure and raw cacao. Cacao opens the heart and helps to reconnect with your inner world. This way you will feel more connected with yourself and everything around you.
Soft & high frequency music will be played to sink deeper into your body.
Cacao contains the psychoactive substance theobromine which releases the feel-good hormones like endorphin and dopamine.
Setting Intention
We will be setting intentions now it’s full moon. This will give extra power to your intention. What would you like to wish for. What do you desire in life? Now is the time to manifest!
Kundalini Activation
During this activation your life force energy will be activated by working in your energy field. Because of this energy starts to flow it can release old emotions, stuck trauma’s and other pain that has been stuck in your body for many years. You will reconnect with your true and authentic self and feel more energized. You will be surrounded by beautiful music which will guide you on your journey.
You don’t have to do anything for this transmission. You lay down for 60 minutes on a yoga mat and will always receive what you need at that moment. Afterwards there will be space to share and integrate your experience. Also you will receive aftercare advice and a healthy snack to ground again.
