This programme includes:

  • The latest research on sustainable career development – with an emphasis on subjective success, motivation, energy, and career management.
  • A deep dive into the validated models and measurements used in the Career Fitness Profiler
  • Practice how to interpret the assessment results and hold a debriefing conversation.

Programme Outline:


This blended learning journey is made up of self-study blocks on a learning platform, 7 online facilitator-led sessions, 2 free assessments to practice with volunteers, and an exam.


  • 01-SEPT, 10am - 11am: Kick-Off - Welcome and Introductions
  • 08-SEPT, 9am - 10:30am: Context and Positioning of the instrument
  • 22-SEPT. 9am - 10:30am: Career Values
  • 29-SEPT, 9am - 10am: Career Attitudes
  • 06-OCT, 9am - 10am: Psychological Capital
  • 20-OCT, 9am - 11am: Integration of the 3 models and Giving Feedback
  • 27-OCT, 9am - 10:30am: Career Fitness Indicators and Psychometry
  • 08-DEC, 9am - 2pm: Certification Exam
