Certified EcoNIDRA™ Teacher Training

The EcoNIDRA™ Teacher Training will make you the voice that reconnects. It will provide you with all embodied knowledge, skills, feedback and professional resources to be able to facilitate high quality online and offline EcoNIDRA™ sessions helping both people and the planet. You will be able to set up your business as a certified EcoNIDRA™ teacher and/or integrate the techniques into your existing body of work as a coach, therapist, (yoga) teacher, nature or mindfulness guide, caretaker and more.

In the training, you will:

• Learn about the roots and lineage of EcoNIDRA™, the ancient Yoga Nidra practice, Nature Connection practices and the Random Acts of Kindness movement,
• Learn about the scientific research backing-up the practice and how to be able to present its scientifically proven benefits to your participants and clients,
• Learn the 10-step flow of the EcoNIDRA™ practice, what to follow and where to improvise and play,
• Learn the specific non-prescriptive language used in EcoNIDRA™ sessions and the reasoning behind it,
• Learn to use high quality nature soundscapes for the Earth Journey part of the sessions,
• Learn about different types of the Rotation of Consciousness practice, its origin and purpose,
• Get content from EcoNIDRA founder, as well as some top experts in the field,
• Learn to work with your voice modulation to be the voice that truly relaxes and re-connects,
• Enjoy being guided through practice sessions by your trainer, debrief your experience to find your own teaching style,
• Guide your own sessions within the training and get personal feedback from both your trainer and participants,
• Enjoy live Q&A sessions with your trainer,
• Have access to a library with useful resources like nature soundscapes, sample session scripts, scientific research studies, recommended books and more,
• Get professional ready-made marketing and PR materials, learn how to set up and promote your business and find your participants,
• Have access to a community of people sharing the same mission .

The training consists of:

• An online learning platform with content videos, audios, texts, journaling assignments and quizzes,
• Live Q&A sessions with your trainer,
• Recorded EcoNIDRA™ sessions for you to experience, to debrief and learn from,
• A setup for your own guided sessions within the training, with feedback from your trainer and participants,
• Access to a library with useful resources including marketing & PR materials, nature soundscapes, sample session scripts, scientific research studies, recommended books and more,
• Best practices for setting up your business, networking, finding your participants and authentic online marketing techniques,
• Access to the EcoNIDRA™ community of students and teachers,
• A final project based on a Random Act of Kindness,
• Your certificate as a Certified EcoNIDRA™ Teacher and a personal graduation gift from your trainer.
