As a Product Owner you are responsible for maximising value

In our Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course you will learn all it takes to be a great Product Owner. We will teach you all the theory, tools and practices you need and doing that, we will share our personal experiences from years of practicing Product Ownership.

The CSPO training is great for

People who are involved in any type of product development, in software, service delivery or even hardware product development. It's helpful if you have some understanding of Scrum or Product Development but not a prerequisite.

We put a lot of effort into making sure the teaching is being related to the participants’ application of agile principles in their own organisation.

We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all. Instead we use interactive and visual facilitation techniques using hard drawn flipcharts and practical application techniques.

Meet your instructor

Niels Verdonk is an organisational change agent and agile transformation coach with 15 years of personal experience in management and leadership. He has a background in Industrial Design and Software Engineering. He as worked as Developer, Architect and Manager in Many industries ranging from finance to fashion and from healthcare to megatronics.

How do you handle dietary requirements?

The lunch is provided at the location. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. If you have dietary requirements, the location can make arrangements for your dietary request. Please let us know by replying to the information email you will receive after sign-up.

Is there an Exam required?

At this time, there is no test required to earn a CSPO® certification. Successfully attending the two-day, in-person, or live-online course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) will result in certification from Scrum Alliance®.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive the Certified Scrum Product Owner accreditation from Scrum Alliance.
