De purpose van Center for Human Emergence NL (CHE NL) is:het toepassen van het Integrale gedachtegoed (Spiral Dynamics en het Integrale model van Ken Wilber)op actuele maatschappelijke vraagstukken en ontwikkelingenDe uitgangspunten waarmee we deze bestemming willen realiseren, zijn:1. Bewustzijnscrisis!Onze samenleving ondergaat een transitie van ongekende omvang. Oorlogen, de energiecrisis, de klimaatcrisis en de onrust over steeds verder uit elkaar drijvende culturen zijn voorbeelden van problemen die het gevolg zijn van onze successen van de afgelopen decennia.De oplossingen kunnen niet gevonden worden als we dezelfde manier van denken en handelen hanteren die de problemen veroorzaakt hebben. We staan voor de uitdaging om nieuwe, meer complexe en creatieve manieren van denken en doen te ontwikkelen. Deze uitdaging aangaan vraagt bewustzijn, èn een wilsbesluit. Israël ‘s democracy is in deep crisis.  Neri Bar-On from Integral Tel Aviv will give his Spiral Dynamics view on what is happening

Israel‘s democracy is going through its most serious crisis since the establishment of the State in 1948. The very right-wing government is pushing for changes to limit the power of the Supreme Court. Unprecedented nationwide protests and strikes have shown that the red line has been crossed for hundreds of thousands of Israelis. In Israel, as in other parts of the world, the highly complex society is confronted with an increasing tendency to destabilize democratic principles. It is a hopeful sign that so many individuals, non-governmental organizations and many other public and private organizations are joining together to defend human rights. That makes it more easy for you as a participant to transfer the experiences and lessons from Israël to the place where you live. Neri is co-founder of Integral Israel. He is an electronics engineer with degrees from the Tel Aviv University in economics and philosophy. Neri was trained by Don Beck and Peter Merry and supported visits to Israel and Palestine for Don Beck and Elza Maalouf.The salon is online via ZOOM and will last ca. 2,5 hours. It will consist of two parts. One block with Neri Bar-On’s introduction and Q&amp;A. In the second part we will dialogue in breakout groups on what we can learn from Israel’s situation to better understand the developments in our own country. We will close with a common sharing. Neri will join us for the whole session, the language is English. This time we started to ask a contribution between 5 – 25 euro to participate in the salon to collect some money to organise these meetings.
